IRP-16SL-ZW is a Z-Wave motion detector with pet immunity that senses and reports suspicious movements to security or home automation systems. Fully compatible with other manufacturers’ Z-Wave devices and any Z-Wave mesh networks, this two-way wireless sensor can be flexibly and seamlessly incorporated into Z-Wave enabled systems to deliver quality detection. It provides pet immunity up to 27 kilos (59 lbs) to eliminate false alarms caused by animals. The IRP-16SL-ZW’s Adaptive Digital Signal Processing (ADSP) algorithms allow this microprocessor controlled sensor to maintain stable yet highly sensitive detection by passive infrared technology regardless of environmental changes or outside interference. Two selectable sensitivity levels are provided to meet different monitoring requirements.

Powered by a pre-inserted lithium battery, IRP-16SL-ZW features long battery life of three years. Its automatic power saving mechanism achieves high energy efficiency and prolongs battery lifetime.
